Trading strategy with fractals – Chuvashov’s fork

For this strategy I build fractals (local minimums and maximums). After constructing them I place a trend line through two successive fractals, then from the second fractal I construct a second trend line to the third fractal, which is slightly higher than the previous two (as pictured).

When the price crosses the trend line that I have built, I open a short position (depending on the trend and trend lines built) as shown in the image. This strategy can be used for both short positions and long positions. Figure 1 shows the point to open a short position, while Figure 2 shows the point to open a long position. When trading binary options the corresponding frame have to be selected.
